Well I made it out last Thursday (for the first time in months) but no one on this board was doing anything. (our fearless leader Juice was injured so no one took over the job) As it happened it was 7:30pm or so by the time I got my bike running. Checked out the Friendly thing for a while but those guys just stand around for hours and never ride so me and MattC rode out and put a good 60-80miles in before 10pm.
I have to do a system upgrade for work between 9-11pm so I don't know that I will be able to stay and eat but the plan is to ride after work till 9 or so.

Meet at the Exxon Station on HighLand at I-10.... right across from Home Depot @ 7:00 PM. Plan on meeting there and then maybe running back up some back roads towards Denham Springs, and then over to the CAt house.

My VW buddy Gary fell 2 stories off a ladder putting a weathervane on the peak of his shop roof and broke his hip and his femur. He came out of surgery with enough metal to rival me. Tonight is first visitation chance, so that's where I'll be at North Oaks in Hammond.

If the last post reply confused you, I used to be a patchholder in another city and am no longer. Alot of motorcyclists call themselves bikers though, regardless of oaths. You gather enough motorcyclists with common artwork on thier backs and the bikers will come out of the woodwork and convince you to fly an AMA patch on whatever the artwork is on. I don't care for the biker label either way. The hippie thing is something that's more fun to dabble at and kids just LOVE music and brightly painted stuff and goofy adults. With an 18yr old daughter and a 5yr old son, I've always had kids of all ages in my life at any given point..... I prefer to be goofy these days. Cool12
