Driver hits bike, drags it four miles
A driver in North Carolina has been charged with assault and battery with intent to kill after hitting a motorcyclist and then dragging the motorcycle, still wedged under the car's bumper, four miles down the road, according to a report in The Sun News of Myrtle Beach.
Fortunately, the motorcyclist, a soldier stationed at Fort Bragg and recently returned from duty in Iraq, was not seriously injured.
