I heard someone say they were enforcing a noise level requirement of less than 90 db. Is that true? If so, I'll never be able to ride the Spillway, legally. The stock can on my KTM is 93 db.

I don't see how they can do that when Nationla park rangers enforce the dB on motorized vehicles at 96..

Hmmmmm... Same Federal Govn't.. I might show up and if this happens, request to see the document that says that...
