Do you ever just lack motivation for anything?

Man, after some wierd happenings with work on Friday, I got off work Sat. morning. Went and saw Criag and JayD at Lightspeed in Gonzales after work. Got home and took a nap. I woke up this evening, and have not been able to do anything.... almost like I am on drugs (which I am not!), I just don't feel like doing anything. Does anybody else have days like this? I didn't even feel like going for a ride.... this may be serious. So I sit here cooking a Gumbo and drinking a beer (so I got hungry and thought a cold one might motivate me to save the world). Ok, I am realizing this is a pointless rant. Just wondered if anyone ever had days like this....qwer

Vitamins man........B12 works wonders. I'm on a dietary suppliment that kicks ass, but if I stop taking it I feel exactly like you described.

Everyday. It gets worse just wait till you hit 40 and have 3-4 crashes under your belt. Sometimes it hurts to darn bad to start the day......

Nope, you're not the only one. I've been sittin on my ass all day watching the radar, not really wanting to put up with the heat and humidity. I'm forcing myself to get up early tomorrow and get on my bike. Sometimes the motivation only happens after I get started, not the other way around.

Well I pretty much lazed around & did only fun stuff & relaxed for 9 days & 8 nights straight, oh but ummm, that's cause I was on vacation in Key West!!

Yes, Kev, we all have those days! Sometimes taking a nap can make u feel unmotivated afterwards rather than motivated, too!!
