Well I have a couple of posts now so I guess I should get this out of the way. Like many my age, I got back into riding 3 years ago after a 20 year or so layoff for marriage, kids, etc. Got divorced, got an FZ1, and I'm having a lot of fun. Made my third Deals Gap FZ1 rally this year, and several there also brought KLRs. I was able to borrow one for a day and we rode a lot of the dirt/gravel roads in the mountains. I hadn't ridden dirt since I was a teenager, but man was that fun. I really want a KLR now, but it'll have to wait until next year at least.
Here's a couple pics of me on the Dragon. A guy said I looked like a gorilla riding a bicycle. I'm not THAT big, I just had the vents open on the jacket and I guess it inflated. :D

I was able to catch and keep up with a couple of 636's, but they might have been newbies, who knows? Either way, that was REALLY fun.
