Thor Motorcross Boots

Anybody got any experience with them? I just pick up a pair on ebay for 50 bucks..... I think they retail for about $139.00

Thor's good for what you will use them for Brian, a good intermediate boot. You won't be racing hardcore so they will do fine. Thor's got some pretty decent stuff.

Just make sure you disenfect them with Lysol or some aresol anti fungal spray and open them up and let them sit in the sun before you wear them.

Just like a helmet, I don't shy expense when it comes to safety. I wear Tech 6's and have had pretty good luck. Way better than my Fox boots.

I was wearing them last time I had a major get off in the dirt, cracked a bone in my foot, but I was racing motox and I don't think any boot would have saved it. somehow the bike smacked the top of my foot hard enuf to crack the bone. my ankle and shins and stuff came out fine. I still wear them, the thought of breaking in a new pair scares me more then broken bones.
