Red Bluff? - street ride

Looking to make up a trip in the next few weeks to Red Bluff... unfortunantly the page dedicated to there appears to be taken down... so 1) does anyone have any other sites about it or information about it 2) anyone else want to go?

This is for a street ride only, no offroad (unless some DS people want to ride up too and branch off..)

Jason70360 and I will probably be making a ride around that area on the 10th and 11th so if you want to do something then, we may be able to meet up. I'm looking to get the Aprilia wipped into shape for some fall riding, but I'll use the GS for this one.

Thats sounds good... basically I might be taking a long ride (10+ hrs) in the near future and have never rode for more then 4-5 hours (all in town riding so it involved a lot more extending of the feet and stuff rather than cruising) so I want to make a kinda longer distance ride as some sort of practice or getting into shape or whatever.... this will be on my Katana not the R6...

I will be riding my 954 so I will be staying on the asphalt. This is unless Ted lets me take the GS in the mud, haha!

Ted and I were thinking about leaving Houma around 5pm Wednesday afternoon. I have to be back in Houma for my 11pm shift Friday night at the hospital, so I would like to be back at least by 4pm Friday to get some sleep.

Other than that I just want to get out there and see how much of a difference my Heli-bars make on my 954. I hope it is more comfortable than when Ted and I went to the Gap.

Can't do it man. I work the graveyard shift, 11pm to 7am, on Fridays and Saturdays at TGMC in Houma. The weekend day hours are my only time to sleep.

I go back to the orthopedic Doctor on Monday. He will remove the cast and see if the bone is healing correctly. If everything looks good, they will put the cast back on and in 3 weeks I should be good to go. If it's not healing to there satisfactory, they are going to put a pin in it, then 6 more weeks in a cast. If that is the case, I am going to wait and schedule the surgery after Vegas.

... Greg, If Im still invited ill probably be in new orleans sunday the 27th for my class (and so will you, right?). and like the last few weekends, ive been done by 830 over there so if its on the 27th i can come, and we can be back for like 930-10 am in BR (if im still invited)
