Ted and I are going to ride the banks of the Amite River on Hwy 22 up to Madisonville and have dinner at the Marina on the Tchefuncta River. We have a new meeting place for this one. The Exxon station @ Airline and Hwy 42. If anyone needs directions give me a holla. You can expect about 70 miles of twisty back-roads one way. About 50 miles of super-slab to get back to Baton Rouge. We will be riding out at 6:00 sharp. I hope to see everyone out.

Your best bet would be to just ride to BR from New Orleans. It's about an hour and a half ride from Houma to the Exxon and I usually leave around 4. If you think you can be ready to leave Houma at 4:30 though I'll wait for ya and we can ride up there.

Ted is this the road we took a while back while I was riding the RST? What time do you think we'd get back to Houma? I have to leave Friday morning for West Jefferson hospital around 5:30am, so I can't ride to late. I really want to meet the guys and ride my 954 a few more times before selling her. I could ride her to the hospital on Thursday so I can go from NO to BR. I'd have to pack some clothes and change out of my scrubs though.

I don't think so.... I've never been this way that I know of. When I left the Catfish House at 10, it would have me rolling into Houma around midnight. I'm not sure about this new restaurant though.

Just one of those days!!!!!!!!!

My cast kept slipping off the peg and slamming the concrete on those right hand sweepers. My I-pod stops working, My chatterbox mount breaks off, slamming the entire unit to the concrete @ about 80 MPH busting it into several pieces. Then no less then 3-4 miles after that a rear tire blowout....

But the catfish and the company was awesome. Thanks for the help guys. I tell you sometimes it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. Yesterday was one of those days.
