Seat Foam Mod

I couldn't believe how hard the stock foam was on my DR650. Having remembered an old KTM seat foam mod, I pulled out the electric knife and started carving.

Haha wheres the pics of you covered in foam?! I was head to toe in foam when I chopped up mine

With an electric knife, the mess isn't that bad. The "old KTM seat foam mod" required a 1" hole saw bit. Now that was a mess.

heh I did mine mostly by hand with a hacksaw blade... had so much foam everywhere I didnt even want to bring the camera around it...
