Blow Up the Duc - Iron Butt Ride - Sun 8/13/06

Anyone feel like riding up to South Dakota tomorrow?

I plan on leaving around noonish and riding straight through. We are going to ride through some killer Arkansas roads on the way up and down. I plan on being there for Sunday noon. We are staying at my parents lake cabin (Donald L Boadwine - (605) 256-3963 - 718 Best Point Dr, Madison, SD 57042).

Sunday and Monday will be spent haning out at the cabin. Activities include getting drunk, swimming, sailing, and we have a ski boat too. I like to get drunk and sail myself!

Head to Eureka Springs, AR, on Tuesday.

RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE the OZARKS on Wednesday.

Get home Thursday in time to pick up my wife at the airport.

I was at wallmart a little bit ago (which makes me think of Arkansas) and I saw a picture of Mount Rushmore. I thought about my brothers and thought to myself ......

"What would Joey Dunlop do with five days and a Ducati that has been neglected?"

of course Joey would go be with his brothers and get completely shitfaced with them .......

Also this will be an Iron Butt .. I've done tons but never got the paperwork .. anyone know how that works???????

I did 630 miles today on the klr. The last 50 were a killer. I don't think there was any way I could make South Dakota in one sitting...
