Went to Bourbon Street last night, and while walking to Cafe Du Mon or whatever the hell that place is I saw a older red KLR chained up to a building. Kinda of looked sad there sittin all by itself. Just thought I would share this, I thought it was cool to see it there.

Fromwhat the couple said that I ventured down there with, the crowds were really lax. I would say unless I was down there with some buddys I won't go back. I felt in constent fear of some asshole trying somthing with my fiance. And the crowds weren't even that bad. Def. won't go back with her. Other than Bourbon St it was nice. Allot of people out and about. Went and toured the area, looks like things are trying to get back to normal, or post KAtrina Normal.

i feel the same way if we go down there. it's even worse during mardi gras season. at least you got to enjoy the rest of the quarter. during the day, the quarter is a nice place to visit. if you ever make it down again, i hope you all have a better experience.

I think the next time I venture down there it will be after Mardi Gras and during the day. I can enjoy the historical aspect of the area without getting hammered...
