Yesterday Phil (Blackbird), Mark (CBR1k), Pablo (R6), and I (gsxr600) went up to see Red Bluff again. It was cool riding behind Pablo cause he hauls ass.

My dad bought it from my uncle a month or so ago, and we just got it registered etc. It is suffering from FI probs so its getting like 30 MPG. Ill have to get that fixed before I ride it much more. It sure is a blast though.

I had the exact same models of the blackbird (2002) and R6 (2003 limited edition). I sold them both last year. The blackbird was so smooth and sooooooo fast. The R6 was nothing but fun! I'm sorry now that I sold them, which is the way I usually feel after I sell anything of mine. Maybe one day I'll learn..............................qwer

Yea the Blackbird is a freakin tractor. Hauls ass in any gear.

Nice pics! I finally got around to riding up to Red Bluff this afternoon. I love riding the back roads on days like today I practically had most of the roads to myself.

They are up in Monticello, MS. That would be a helluva ride for the HSTA guys. Ted's been up there, I've been up there. Beautiful country. You would make a 400 mile day.

The Red Bluff area would be a great rest stop while heading to Beale St. in Memphis for a weekend of music and Barbeque!!! Sherri and I were hoping to head there sometime in October or early Nov.

Could be a lot of fun as a group! If not this fall, maybe in the spring. Just a thought for the planners in the crowd!!
