KLR Valve Shims NEEDED!

Hey all we need two #245 valve shims, which is about 0.095 inches.

Ok guys. I got some shims from Kenny but it's still too tight. Does anybody have any 210-235 shims? I can either get them from you, pay for you to mail them to me buy them from you or trade. I'm just gonna put it back together for now so I have a ride but I need to get it back in spec soon. Thanks..

Well, I got it put back together. The valves are tight and make noise but it starts and runs better than it did before. Should I be concerned about riding back and forth to work for the next few days until I get some shims in?

Just checked my stash. No shims under.240 ( out of 14 shims). Will order a batch just to have them next time.

Well, I rode it for a week with the clatter clatter of valves and got it all straightened out today. Rad's has about 500 shims so I was able to get what I needed there. She purrs like a vibrating single cylinder kitten now.
