Instead of posting all of these in the farkles forum, I figured I'd just go ahead and put up a short ride report. The weather is absolutely beautiful here today and I couldn't waste another minute of it. I called Juice to see if he'd be home so I could return his tool kit and crutch pad, set up the bike, and rolled out past Thibodeaux, through Vacherie, and hit the River Road.

A few pictures next to Sunshine...

I stopped in here for some lunch. They make one of the BEST hamburgers in the state...

Of course, anyplace that you can munch on good cornbread, and drink out of mason jars, is tops in my book!

Thanking God that I'm not on a sportbike with this full tummy, I put on my gear and head towards the highway.

I made it to Juice's house in the early afternoon and we shot the bull for a little while. On the way back home I took River Road again and stopped along the river for these last two pictures.

All in all it was a nice little 200 mile ride and I had forgotten how much cornering capability I had lost with the knobbies. For now I'll keep the spoked wheels wrapped with the offroad rubber, and these wrapped with street tires.

Damn dude, the Cabin is great. It's the closest place to eat from work. I hit it reg. Bike looks good with the black wheels to man.

I got to ride to the docors office and back on my bike. I rode down Gator Gap on my way home. Does that count?
