I am forwarding this message that was forwarded to me by my buddy Paul

The 2nd Sugarcane Enduro is still on for Sunday!

The Sugarcane Enduro is open to all riders, so bring your friends. CCR membership is not necessary.

Due to the recent rain, there will be no riding on the trails on Friday. Based on how the drying progressed today, no trail riding on Saturday is probable.

A handful of people are needed to clear trails on Saturday morning with 4 wheelers and chainsaws. Contact Ken if you are interested to help Saturday morning.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Brian

Chappy-

Give us some more information on the whereabouts this event will take place.

Forrest Hill, Pineville, Red Dirt?

Sound's fun though.

Sorry, did not notice there were no directions. All I know is it is near THibodaux. I just emailed Paul asking for directions and will post his reply.

Here it is:
The location is 523 Hwy 308, just south of Thibodaux, and one half mile from the Hwy 648 bridge. It is a large white metal building set back off the hwy. If there are dual sports, it is advisable to have dirt tires. I have run it on my XR650L, and the tires make a huge difference.

Did anyone run this race?

Is there a link to a site that has Off-Road races in LA? Like Hare-Scrambles or Enduros similar to this one?
