Soon enough, I'll be heading out early this sat around 4am. My wife is about 8 1/2 months pregnant though so I might not be able to hit as many states as I intented but I'll sure give it hell and I'll post as many pics as I can.

So here it is, a few pics of this trip. The shirt came in yesterday at noon-ish and I hit the road and managed to tag 4 states and still get home for dinner. Some of the most impressive riding I've done and who knew it was in my own back yard, I managed to randomly pick the best route possible. I would have stopped for more pics but I was trying to outrun a rain cloud all afternoon. Next time

WTF happened to this guy?
I was wondering the same thing. Last I heard, he was going on a weekend trip with plans to take over the lead in the Race to 50 States, but then he never posted again. I was wondering if everything went okay with his wife's pregnancy/delivery.

Who knows,
His old lady may have killed him and hid the body
(because he was heading out on road trip about the time she was giving birth ;) )

Yep all is well, sorry I missed the end of the race. Delivery went exceptional and we have a huge baby girl. Just too damn busy to stay on the face of the earth. What have I missed?

That combined with white stuff from the sky, and riding was nill. I did successfully make one trip around the block and found that the handgards on a KLR will support the weight of the bike after completing a 360 and landing on the right side. So much for motorcycles in the snow. Who knew. No damage though. I did get to ride the blue ridge pkwy this morning for a while. First time out in a while and it was very nice.

That's cool, I guess I should have read the fine print. Oddly enough I have an X-country trip planned for may. That oughta help. Maybe I'll head up to New England this weekend.

But I did have plenty of time to find all these old photos. Just a few that I snapped while walking around seattle, they seemed cool at the time.aswerfg
