Spillway Ride Tuesday Jan. 2nd.

Myself and Stuntman are planning a ride out to the spillway, weather permiting, next week and figured we'd see who wants to come out and get a little muddy. I went yesterday and the dirt bike is no longer blue, but taken on more of a cakey-earthy tone...LOL. With the rains from this weekend, it's sure to keep the sand packed, and the water holes full, but still should be some fun riding. Hell, I may even bring the quad along to help tear up some ground. Anyway, I figured I'd post up and see if anyone has the day off after new years and wants to come play. We're looking to get out there sometime around 10-11am.

Ted- I'm loaded up now and heading to the Spillway. Come kill an afternoon if you have a yard pass. I'll be there about 2p Friday in that babe magnet of a hot rod white Dodge Mini Van.

Tuesday sounds good as well.

I haven't even started my YZ or taken the boat out since I got that 640 about 3 months ago. Too many toys and this pesky thing they call a J-O-B continues to cut into my free time.

Sure can.

The other day, the St. Francisville Ferry was down, I had just topped off with 7 gallons of Hi-Test, downed a 14 Red Bulls, grew balls the size of Texas and jumped over the River.

Yeah, I can launch it.

Will give you a ring the next time I'm all looped up and bullet proof and wanna ride.

About the Spillway- it was muddy in the pig wallows the Quads make, but the 7 mile loop was open but overall, the dirt Juust right. Made 3 laps and ran out of daylight.

It was an 8 quarter ride. It took 8 quarters at the carwash to get the bike clean enough to roll it back into the kitchen. Yep, it's MY kitchen and it ain't for cookin'

Tuesday it's gonna be on.

I ordered them today! Went two up in the back. That 426 just doesn't have enough torque...hahahaha. With any luck, I'll have them in just in time for the tech day this weekend.

If you guys get a Forest Hill ride together I'd like to take my KX up there and try that place out. I need a new front tire, but I should have that taken care of in a couple weeks.

I do believe that Area 2 was open, but it was so muddy on the parking side that we figured it wouldn't be enjoyable to try and ride the other side. I'd really like to make it up to Forest Hill, but I don't have a tag for the dirtbike yet, nor a spark arrestor. I'm not sure how leinent they are up there, so I'll probably have to chase down those factors as well. I could always chase ya'll on the quad, but I have a feeling the fun would be on two wheels.
