I was clued off by someone that there is a Honda Valkyrie for sale in the Hammond Harley Davidson shop.

Is there anyone here who's seen the bike or lives really close and can check it out for me on their way home from work or something??

All I was told is that they want $8000 for it. I'd like to know the year, miles, and condition if possible.

On a side note, Harley Davidson Sales rep actually answered my email with a picture... but failed to mention ANYTHING about the bike....

No price, no year, no mileage, NOTHING. Just an email with a picture in it... no text what-so-ever.

Thanks anyway, but info isn't needed any more.

But if the gubment don't take too much of my cash in April, and the economy levels out some time in the near future... I may start looking for a KLR replacement (something more streetable, like a Dorsoduro -drool- or a strom with the plastic ripped off, or a Ninja 500 engine crammed into the KLR frame, etc. etc. etc).

(Yeah... fat chance... I know...)

Was actually looking before the economy tank, but put those plans on hold for a while.
