I'm thinking about getting a new helmet. I want the loudest frinkin' helmet out there. I currently have a Shoei TZ-1. I like the Suomy Cathedral, the AGV Rossi MotoGP, & Icon Subhuman.
Anybody know the pro's & cons of these? Quiet? Comfort? Function? Any other recommendations?
Thanks guys.

Right. The brighter, the better. i just want a little style too. Not a solid color, but some blingy graphics. Make the cagers see me.

what size do you need. I have gotten 3 helmets in the past 6 months looking for one I like. All are XL's all are very obnoxious. If you wear a XL I might have a deal for you.

It's a Good helmet for the price, just as comfortable as the high end lids. Great Helmet for the summer months. The airflow is great, but because of this the helmet is very loud. I would think that you could step up from a low end helmet to the Icon and be very pleased but you could not step down from an Arai or Shoei.

I have a Medium Suaomy but it does have Chatter box speakers installed already. If you want it, I'll even sell it with the Chatter Box and hard-wire kit. It is in great shape and I have a clear shield and dark tinted shield. I find it extremely comfortable but not as quiet as a Shoei. Equal to, if not better, then my Arai.
Make me an offer either way.

Sorry, I got lost there for a couple of days. I got a Soumy Extreme Flowers with 3 shields, clear, smoke, and the extreme coating. I got an Aria RX 7 and a Shoei X-Eleven.
$580 for the Soumy with all the shields and a bag. Great fit, just noisy
$200 for the Aria (It's an older one). Comfortable could use new lining. which you can buy from Aria.
$600 for the Shoei (It's only 2 weeks old.) Comfortable, less noisy, and lots of air flow. I'm going to stick with this one, but I wouldn't mind going for the blue to match the new bike.
I also have a small shoei DuoTech for sale $100 perfect shape.

I I think Suomy takes the cake in absolute brightest helmets although agv makes a few that are almost up there.... haven't heard too much bout suomys build quality though... definantly interesting looking lol.... IMO just buy a nice yellow safety vest and a normal lookin helmet =]

If you ride like we do and carry stuff on the back of the bike a yellow safety vest is gonna do you no good...
Looking now at my next lid..
Solid White or Silver!

Haha nick I can see your bike now... like one of them old people bicycles with those antennas that stick up 8ft in the air with an orange flag on it... but even that might be blocked by all the gear on ya bike...
