Yea, ya'll left before the passion in Roddy's eyes got the best of him in turn 8. He said it was his second to fastest "get off" ever. He's ok for the most part, but I think he hurt his arm.

From what I saw it's all fixable, but ya never know. He slid a pretty good ways and I think the bike just did the same. No end over end or anything like that.

Thanks Ted. That's not too bad for an old fat guy. My previous best was 1:33on Chappy's bike. I thought if I chased some of the A group guys i could improve a little. That last session was a hoot! My next goal is a 1:22.

Bring it on man!!! We had plenty of room for you out there today. With the school going on they just said to hell with the "groups" and just left it as an open track when Ed Bargy was in the classroom (which was most of the time).

Here's a few pictures I took in the pits. You can see that the ground was still wet for the first few hours in the morning. The track really didn't start to dry out until 10 or so.

For the record, the track record @ NPR was done on Ty Howards 636.

Ritten, you looked like you were getting much more comfortable. Keep up the good work.

Roddy's crash didn't do any real damage. He went back out for about another 45 min after DJ cleaned it up and replaced a footpeg.

I realized now the OTHER reason I need to get in gym. Getting up to walk takes some warming up today. I think the last time my legs were this sore was after my first track day!
