Identity Thefted!

Somehow some asshole got ahold of my debit card number and my address and tried to use it to buy some online gift cards. Good thing the company saw that as suspicious and tried to confirm the order with him.

I want to kill this fucker.

Any advice on what to do?

it happened to me too, twice. more than likely if you found out, they will press charges. i didnt end up getting anything at all.
the first time someone stole a whole box of checks from my house and wrote tons of them and i had to have affadavits made out for each check written.

second time, my whole purse was stolen and they tried to buy some property with my identity. well they got caught. and put in jail.

ps. this is why i live in louisiana right now, too much drama and bad acquaintances in NC.
