A bit shakey. The tires are too big for the rim. We could not get the tire to center itself on the rim......It's prolly a 1/4 inch off of center. Is there a trick to this?

Cool little bike man. Those tards are a hoot to ride on a small track. Let the air out lube the hell out of the bead and put about 50lbs of pressure to it. If that doesn't work try pulling it over with a pipe wrench of channel locks...
