Then it started fouling plugs------ SOOOO I THOUGHT!!!!!
So i would carry extra plugs with me. No prob...
Then it WOuld nopt starte when i ran it and it was cold out side. I figured when it was co9ld the engine would not get hot no foul plug . ETC ETC ETC

Then I had a new needle valve put in. It fixed it for a while.
Then i went on a ride to canada from Denali alasaka. I took a few extra plugs with me.
I only changed 12 FAsin Farkle Frigin Blanked y Blank plugs on my 1200 mile trip.
As long as the bike did not turn off it would be fine. Then along the way i have the float adjusted. Worked about 5 starts then back to the same old same.

I also figure out along the way that if i pulled the gas line off and the vacume hose to the carb and let it run out of gas it would crank.
SO NOw wet fouling is the issue ----Yea take another pill.
When i got back from the trip i had the carb rebuilt.
I get the bike back to Fl from ALaska and the sam symtem.
OK - Thats fine my bad ass friend that will not let a bike leave his shop until it if fixed will beat this bastr--.

SI my buddy started working on it-
1. New plugs
2. Dyno jet kit
3. New cdi
4. New starter relay.
5. New spark plug coil & head piece that attaches to the plug, Which is a restive plug head so sometime the resister goes out.
6 Check the valve clearance - I had not checked or adjusted the valves in 4000 miles so i hoped for the best- Nope they are in compliance -0-----DAMMMNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!
So now that there is not much left of the electrical left to replace we take it out for a spin. Yes it works . Ok cool. I take it home.
On the way home i hit 70 and she cuts out, then wont start agin @#$%^*)_((*^*&)%_+^&+)&+*+(*_ and a few others i can not spell.

So now he is pissed he has looked at everthing, so we think - or else the damn thing would be running,.
OK lets read the manual again . Spar plug i looking good, we have spark She should be firing. Wet the plug - bam she fire off. Ok now we are getting some wher.
No back to the drawing board. No fire when hot again.
Ok my buddy is not a parts swaper so he is really pissed at this time.
So we look a little closer in the manual. Yes the spark plug is firing, the manual says it needs to be a 7 mm spark-
I do not have that.
So if the plug is not getting the corrent arc then the charging system.

Ok so now we are getting to the Niddy Griddy. There is only a few things left on the electrical system that we have not checked. SO now we have to look at the stator --
BINGO -
The resistance on the ignighter coil which provides spark to the plug is high on resistance but looses as it gets warm - Not providing enough spark for the bike to run when hot.
DAMNNN AM I GLAD That marathon is over!!!!!
Now it is time to undo all the over carbing that we did and get it right for that... SWEET Now maybe i can take a cruise over to the bayou!!! whoo boy yopu talk about good stuff yEah.. !!!
