Custom Panniers

Alright, I tried to post this is farkle reports but some some reason it wouldn't let me.. so here it is in general discussion.

I have built a set of boxes for my wee strom and I am looking for a rack to mount them on which is equal on both sides. not wider on one side than the other.. my question is can I use a rack for a 1000? will it mount up? I will post pics of my boxes when they are finished... I gotta order some hardware from mc master carr...

Check with the MoTech, or Givi Racks. And I don't believe the 1000 racks will work.

I would, but I lost my welder to the infamous dad character... so I'm moving to LA in 8 days... anyone have a welder they are willing to let me use for the cause?
