I was wondering what experience people have had with various companies that sell roadside assistance plans for motorcycles? Anybody?

I'm a member of Medjet, and although it's a TAD bit more than just roadside assistance, I've heard great things. They're good for anywhere outside of 150 mile perimeter from my home, and any country that the US will allow you to go into. I guess I've always figured if something got so bad on the road in the US that I can't fix it myself, I'd just pay for (or bum) a ride for me and the bike. I don't plan on ever having to use it though, so I can't tell you from first hand experience.

I figure that the only need I might have for regular road side assistance would be cause I ran out of gas, or a major catastrophy with the mechanics of the bike. In either situation, getting a few gallons or a tow to the nearest dealer, isn't all that expensive.

Here's the link if you want to check them out though. The motorcyclist package is $200 a year. Click me (http://www.medjetassist.com/default.asp?partner=)
