Completely inaccurate Police Report, what's a fella to do?

I wish I had something to tell you.. I had a guy run into the back of me on Causeway blvd a few years back.. The officer that came out knew him by name and started chatting with him.. Then came and took my statement..
Which was..'' I dont know what happened I was driving along and all of a sudden I was spinning.." I guess he ran into the back of me..

My nose was broken and my neck and shoulders hurt .. but I am not the litigious type so I let it slide..


2 months later I find out he has file against me..... Anyway.. 2 years go by and I go to court.. He wins $50,000 in the suit.. Un goddamn believable.. How can you win $50,000 for running into someone else...

All I can say is Good luck.. I hope everything goes good for you...

There are some police officers on here , Maybe they can help you..

Yeah, let's hope I still have a few unspent karma tokens.

In the first post I listed out my full gripe, the entire situation, etc, etc., but realized it might not be the wisest move on my part, so I'll just reserve sharing the accident details.

Any LEO's please chime in with a PM if you'd like to share any advice.

whatcha wanna know? if the accident report is WRONG, you can try a supervisor. i NEVER saw that work. you could always hire an accident reconstructionist...
