Austin, where did you order your dyna beads from? I'm looking at new tires for the truck soon and since I'll be doing the mounting and balancing myself I figured I'd try these. I'm also going to pick some up for the GS wheels and see if they smooth things out as much as you rave. Wiggle

I purchased them from www.bestrestproducts.com. Got to say, pretty damn smoooooooth with the tourances. With the TKC80's, no vibration until about 90Eekster (very minor vibes). I'm going to add another ounce to each TKC to see if that changes anything.

Here to extol the virtues of dynabeads. They've been in the TKCs on the GSA since I purchased it and those tires run very well. And considering the spoked wheel that came on the bike OEM required nearly 3-ounces of lead on the rim to balance it, that's pretty good.
I wanted to do my own tires on my dodge as I have a HF tire unit and am sick of paying for service if I can do it myself. (Plus, it saved about $250 on the set of tires.)
I dug around and found a few videos purporting to show how the dynabeads work as it kinda seems like voodoo when you first think about it.
Here's a few links:

So I ordered my new tires, mounted them on Tuesday of last week and left the OEM weights on. Not bad. No noticeable vibration and the new shoes are much better all around than the 62000 mile ones that just came off.
The dynabeads came in on Wednesday. I installed them yesterday morning by re-busting the tire bead and pouring them in. The through the valve stem method is enough to make you want to kill yourself.
Total added was about 5-ounces per tire as recommended. I also removed about 6 total ounces of lead from the wheels that had been used by Dodge.
I took her out for a spin and as odd as it seems, even though it was more than "good enough" before, it actually seems smoother now. There is noticeably less noise in the cab than even with the new tires alone.
This is total butt-dyno observation, but I don't think I'll ever use weights to balance any of my tires again.
Anybody have any knowledge of anywhere around here that might deal in Zircon Grinding media? Supposedly, that's all Dynabeads are and if you find a wholesaler they can be had WAY cheaper.
Example dealer. (http://www.glenmills.com/product_showcase/grinding-ceramic.shtml?gclid=CLPf27u-gZQCFRghnAodJFI0Xg)

I'd be interested to see what this does to the inside of a tire. Anyone have any pics?

When I swap out the TKC in a few weeks I'll post up the evidence.
In general, the consensus is that they do no damage.

Changed the TKC out tonight. Tire inner looks pristine after about 4500 miles. A little light dust buildup but no other issues. The beads had some buildup on maybe 60% of them but they work fine in the new tire.
I'm going to try Air-soft pellets in the Road Attack.

I took the 3 ounces of lead off the OEM GSA rear wheel, broke the bead and poured 4 ounces of yellow airsoft pellets in. Seems to be smooth as silk. We'll see how these last.

Aaron.. I see the airsoft pellets breaking against one another over time... I would try calling southern pottery as they have lots of chemicals and ceramic material. They might have to order it as most of what they have in stock is a much finer mesh that what I've seen for dyna beads, but they might be able to get it as it is a ceramic material. well, I guess now that I am looking at it it is used for milling ceramic materials.. it can be purchased here but probably not locally. http://www.advancedmaterials.us/zirconia.htm

Hi Kenny.
I checked the site. That is the exact same stuff. The standard dynabeads are .8mm.
Strangely, the dynabeads from Innovative balancing are significantly cheaper than buying a few kg from the advancedmaterials site. ??
They probably buy them in christ-almighty-bejesus bulk and can sell them a little cheaper as a result.
I'll let you know what the air-soft pellets end up like August when I have to change my next set of tires.
