Install Pelicans on KLR - NEED HELP !

Hi all, I am looking for someone to help me install a set of Pelican 1550 bags on my KLR.

I have a Happy Trails SU rack installed on my KLR, and I have the hardware to mount Pelican 1550's (side bags). What I don’t have are the tools nor the know how. I am willing to pay for the help in installing the bags. If you can help me out, I would be great full. And, THANKS!
