I HATE electrical gremlins!
I need help diagnosing why my project DS7 has no spark. Not sure if it's generator/rectifier/coils/etc. I should be able to get the specs, but I don't have the multi-tester, nor am I familiar enough with them to use it properly.
Soooo, next Tech Day, does somebody think they could help a brotha out?

Actually, this Saturday I'm booked. But the next two are open (22nd-29th)
I don't need to do this ASAP. Whenever everybody else was planning the next one for is fine with me.

These two dates are god for me as well, I could offer some moral support from the back of the room. Hell i could even bring some cold beer for the masses as well.

ok, heres the deal. pick a FUCKING day. weve picked, not picked, picked and not picked.
i have a LOT of shit going on. i would really like to do another one. i just need SOME heads up.
this is assuming i am holding it. if not. carry on with no actual date, just planning to pick a date one day, and i may or may not attend.
p.s. i now have plans sunday, so i will NOT be home.

2evil4u is the one with the equipment, I'll wait for his preference.
If neither date works out, I'm open for waiting until after the Holidays if necesary. The bike's been sitting for several years now, I can wait a while longer.
I'm Easy like Sunday Morning...

mcinfantry has a pretty good point. It's no use to just post up saying that we need another tech day and then leave the date open. If you need something done on your bike then your best bet is to set up a time and place on your own, expect to do it yourself, and then invite everyone over. If a group shows up.....great, but if you just need help on something specific then just ask for help.
Tech days are like group rides.....if you try to please everybody then you'll never get anywhere. Take the lead or get out of the way.

Gun show this weekend.. I have to go and watch all the panic buying...
I like to tease people that "You elected him now you are worried that he will take away your guns or over tax your ammo??"
Funny how I have yet to meet anyone that will admit to voting for him but I am betting more than one of them did.. And are probably sorry for it now...
But thats what happens when you are uneducated about something and vote anyway.. You vote yourself into a corner that you are going to have to fight your way out of....
