Any thoughts about listing tools that we all may collectively have in case of emergency? Not necessarily to loan out, but just to know what's available in a pinch? Might be helpful for tech-day planning anyway.
Thoughts?

I've got a fancy fork oil level suction thingy if anyone needs to do forks.

Front and rear sport bike stands, probably have more stuff too.
Also have a 1/2" drive battery impact (Snap On) that might be handy for emergency assistance.

I've got a bunch of hand tools and a trailer with ramps to load pretty much anything into. At the studio I've got a ton of large equipment available and keys to get to any of it. Welders, metal brakes, hydraulic punches, torches, air tools... I use a floor jack or a correctly placed cinder block to jack the bike up.

Well, I was thinking we could generate a sticky list of potential oddball tools so members would be aware of what's out there. A lot of times I just buy stuff because I hate asking in the first place. Oh well.
I've got a VDSTS system, a bluetooth GS-911, a 2-barrel carbtune, R1X00 oil filter wrench, R1200 plug-wire removal tool, Marc Parnes wheel balancer with BMW 5-lug adapter, Jim VonBaden's R1200 DVD and about every regular, metric and torx tool imaginable including 1/2" and 3/8" drive torque wrenches.

I have almost a whole roll of duct tape and know how to use it.
I do have a little Lincoln MIG Welder for steel. I can't do aluminum though.
Grinders, Air Tools, Drill Press, Band Saw, my Dad's Ultimate Set of Tools and can fix most anything.
And a trailer set up for 2 or 3 bikes if anyone ever gets stuck somewhere with a dead bike.
Oh, yeah, I have more Loctite than you can shake a stick at, so if you need any, I have samples until the cows come home.
