I am almost finished rebuilding this for my son for Christmas. I picked it up from a co-worker for 4 bills. It is a 2001. The carb float had a pin hole in it and I soldere it back but am not convinced it is right so I ordere another one and it is on the way. The carb drain screw is leaking so again part is on the way. This thing does run really well, and don't look so bad either. Now I am in the market for some youth gear, because it is ALL GEAR ALL THE TIME!!!

that's cool. I actually saw a bike with training wheels like that heading east on I20 on my last Atlanta trip. I almost turned around and went back to get pics.

If he's little, you might want to limit the throttle a little.

There might still be a washer between the cylinder head and expansion chamber that chokes it down tremendously. Take that out and they'll haul ass.
