3/26/06 Anyone riding?

Just seeing if anyone was planning on riding tomorrow. Weather looks good, figured some of you might be riding. Post up if you are riding. I plan on heading somewhere, might just head south and see what I can find.

Guess no one is going to go riding today? Hmmmmm Think I am going to go and head south, maybe Grand Isle? I might even drag the camera.

Oh, and Kev, you do know that if you go to Grand Isle to be sure to follow the speed limit through Golden Meadow huh?

Damn It is the 26th? WTF! OK OK OK I feel like a crack head. OK don't speed in Golden Meadow.

Yeah. It's a ways down there, but it's about the only incorporated town, so there will be town limit signs. There's only like two cops on patrol, but they mostly just try to catch people speeding through. I grew up down that way, so just wanted to give you a heads up.

So I got bored, went and hit I-10 and exited south on Hwy 1. Ran that all the way down to Larose ( It was getting a bit nippy). I didn't want to get to Grand Isle and be cold and then fighting the dark, so I cut back to Racekland. Hit some back roads (god I need a GPS) and eneded back on 90 and road that into Paradis. From there back through the where ever I was and found Hahnville and road up the river to Gramercy and crossed over to the east bank and continued up River Road to Red Stick. Kind of boring, and yes I brought my camera. However I didn't really take it out to get any pictures. Maybe one day I will make it all the way down to Grand Isle.
