First attempt at panniers. I still need to work on the signals, but I am happy enough for now. I had scrap metal and one Pelican 1550, so the total cost was about $150 and way too much time.

I would actually love to have a K5, but wanted to be able to haul more people/gear on long trips.

That is some cool shit. I thought about using that size but opted for these. I custom made the mounting brackets and the cases can snap on or off as desired.

I tacked a set of nuts and used jam nuts to make sure that they don't rattle off. Allen head SS bolts. Come off in 10 mins.
