The Cycle Gear gift card raffle will be hosted by Hooters restaurant at the first Thursday nite meet and greet of the new year. We will have 1st 2nd and 3rd place prises. The prises are as follows:

1st place $150.00 Cycle Gear gift card.
2nd place $50.00 Cycle Gear gift card.
3rd place $25.00 hooters gift card.

We also have Several cycle gear and DSRL shirts to give away. The Hooter girls will continue drawing names until all the prises are gone.

We had reservations and a plan but as of Monday Chelsea is no longer employed by Hooters. Looks like we will just have to wing it. King and I are going to get there Early and try to secure us a big enough spot. I would advise everyone to try and get out as early as you can. Keep in mind that tomorrow is the NCAA nation championship game. My guess is that hooters will be slammed.

brewbachers has big screens, heads n tails has a lot of seating, but only 1 tv, and usually low evening volume, would need to call to be sure, walk ons has big screens and a good amount of seating, not sure of the volume at that time of day, ....

scenery, hmm... I can't find much that can beat Sammy's... they have a large back room that can accomodate a crowd... big screens, t/a out the wazoo...

true that. they have one out this way in zachary that has some nice lookin waitresses too.

i'll be there wherever. won't be doin a whole lot of riding beforehand like previously planned, since dmack now has to work till 5:30 and can't do some downtown hooligan stuff.

Big thanks to everyone who came out and showed support. I know that a lot of people do not realize how much it actually cost to keep this forum up and running. The raffle is a way to give a little something back and at the same time help fund this place and keep it online. The money raised covered about 70% of the design cost of the new shirts.

Thanks for the seat cover, Chad! Installed it and a new set of sprockets and chain this evening. I can tell the difference in the seat already- makes it much firmer and spreads my weight out better. Hopefully it doesn't soak water. Full report coming in a few hundred miles!
