As the title says... forum will be down for a bit tonight... shouldn't be more than an hour assuming everything goes right and no glitches...
EDIT: going to do it right now...

UPDATE: as of 10pm... update is complete... as always if you notice any problems please post them up...

I don't know about fast it was a HUGE PITA and I had to update a LOT of code by hand (and I'm not sure why vbulletin can't do it automagically) but its done... and I am accepting donations in the form of food (non-seafood) or alcohol lmao

I no longer code or script or dba. retired from it all. vb, bash, perl, php blAAAAh. to many years of scratching my head and leaning on my elbow propping my head up to peer endlessly over code to find my mistake. hate it hate it hate it. I have a 2001 model RHCE for sale if yer interested :)

where's the top section of the toolbar deal up top? no quicklinks, todays post, or mark forums read buttons up there anymore.

not quite sure... I think they ditched it all with the latest version from what I can tell... don't think that its a bug on our part...

click on "New Posts" same thing as todays Posts.

Its close but not the same thing... New Posts are posts since your last visit... Today's posts are posts within the last 24 hours... (there is a difference as once you view a post it will not show up under new posts anymore... so if you were trying to find the post again it may be helpful to look under today's posts...) but its not a huge deal...
If you really want today's posts look at the bottom of any page ;) that link is still there ;)

Ok... I've added back the Today's posts and the who's online links... anyone else disappointed about anything else? :)
oh and the day after I do the upgrade... a new version was released... and then 2 days later (aka yesterday) ANOTHER new version is released... so looks like I'll have to do another update again this week...
