I was going to post this up this morning, but the internet is out at my house.........again (damn Comcast:fireangry:). But I had to warn everyone of an extremely horrible thing going on. About a week ago I PM'd a fellow rider and who I thought was a friend, regarding the tankbag that came with his bike when he purchased it. Since my tankbag had taken a crap last month I wanted to know what model his was as it looked to fit the bill of what I was needing. Only looking for the specific model, I was sure I had contacted him in good faith that I would be able to find and purchase a brand new model for my bike, but the truth was far from how things appeared to be!! He then wrote back that after getting a new tank bag that was a bit bigger and closer suited his needs, he offered the bag I was inquiring about for only the cost of shipping!!! How can one turn that down??? THEN......ON TOP OF IT ALL......he ships the damn thing to my house the following day, states that since the shipping was so low I only owe him a burger, and proceedes to go on with his life like it was nothing!

The only slightly used bag in topic which will require years of hard use before I can replace it........sheeesh!!

This kind of thinking is what's going to ruin this country!! Before you know it people will be helping each other out, common sense will make a comeback, and we may even see lawyers turned out as public enemies! Make a stand now and let 2evil4U know that we will not put up with this kind of generosity!!!

Now that I've put out sarcasm thick enough to slice with a knife I have to say that Aaron.......you are the man!!! Thank you!

That is why i love this place. Phillip brought this one to me last night. He told me that if i didn't work for me to pay it forward. :respect:

I took off the top section and it worked great. Much appreciated my friend!

Glad it'll work for ya. :D

And it is very possible to install the rain cover at 80 mph. That surprised me about that bag.

The world wide biking community is going down hill. I sent a PM to another UK forum for advice on an exhaust guard for my Armstrong. The bugger only put one in the post and said don't bother sending a cheque as it would be more bother than it's worth for me to write it & him to cash it. :respect:
