GSA Warranty work-- FAIL.

I dropped the BMW back at Shreveport Motorsports on 2/6 for it's appointment on 2/17 to have a bunch of little crap taken care of under warranty. It's pretty out of the way, but the bike was originally purchased there and I've heard good things about the dealership.

I received a call from them this morning. Their Ace BMW tech quit and they now have no one to service my bike. So I've got to go pick it back up and find another place to take it. Probably going to be Hebert's as there is no need for any engine work.:nopity:

Bummer, hate to hear that. It is everywhere. Customer service and reliability has been put on the back burner. I wish i had the capital to open a dealership.

As I mentioned in the ride report, the same thing happened to me in Little Rock. The tech quit a couple of days before I was supposed to bring it in.
