I always wanted to run tubeless tires on my D/S for ease of flat repair.
I have looked for mag wheels ect. This might work!

This always works! Cheap too.
When I bought my bike I knew it had tubeless tires and a "Kit" according to the PO. Had no idea it was Duct Tape, but it works. The bike came with some SportTouring tires which sucked ass on a light motard, so I put the Avon Distanzias SM tires on the bike; much better grip now.

You don't want to use a mag wheel for off road use. They dent to easy, right? That's why they come standard on all BMW dual sports now.
I am a firm believer in the all might duct tape. I have done a DWDM amp install with nothing more than rolls of duct tape just to prove I could do it... I know I'm a rebel.
But... I would put something on the nipple holes first. Rtv, JB weld, bubble gum, something then put the tape over it. I would be more worried about trying to keep the wheel balanced than anything. I am sure you can find many solutions to keep the air in.
Maybe some electric rubber tape. http://www.3m.com/electrical/training/tape_04.jhtml
Then duct tape. I would change it at least every time I changed a tire, but it seems like it would hold up fairly well.
