According to Greg there is a Mike Anderson's in the Holiday Inn next door. At least that's the way I understood it. Now I think the goal is to contact Stu and his parents and see what they want for dinner and we'll bring it to them. The key being someone needs to contact them and let them know we want to do this.

One of the other folks from RM brought them some Jambalaya a couple days ago..
Sounded like it was a hit with them.
I'm just curious as to what Stu can eat right now, if he's back on regular food, or if he has to stick to something easy to eat, like maybe a gumbo, vs a shrimp po-boy, per say..

I just spoke with VOODOO, from RM, he was the one who brought them the Jambalaya.
He tried to get them to tell him what his favorite meal was, and they told him to guess... He said they would eat just about anything, that they weren't picky. They were so overwhelmed with the attention, and were so appreciative for it.
He suggested, that if he's dealing with mouth injuries, to try to get something not so spicy... If he's doing the liquid diet thing, gumbo would be perfect...

Ok guys, Slight change of plans. For those that are riding, we are meeting at the exxon on Highland at 6:00 pm. For all others we will be eating at Sno's seafood in Gonzales at 7:00 pm. We will be picking up food for Stu and his parents and meeting up with them at the hospital around 9:00.....

spoke with redbird he is at the hospital now and asked what they wanted to eat and seafood at 9 pm was the answer. so we can eat at sno's get them takeout and bring it to stu and his mom and pop then visit a while. he has moved to room 270 FYI.

ok this is what we are gonna do with the banner I'm gonna bring it up to friendly for bike night tonight and get EVERYONE to sign it and if its ok with mark i want to leave it up there for anyone else that wants to sign it and next Tuesday bring it up to hooter for everyone else to sign it and for a group picture.

Beautiful pics phil. Still in some psain but slowly regaining strength (finally got enough to type the whole url for this site lol)

Hoping to get out of here monday. I want to go see bridgette one last time.

Would reslly like to pull a farkle or two off her. I'm gonna miss her dearly. Hopefully a replacement is in the cards, dependending on how insurance all pans out.

I will once again restste the need for gear. I escaped all this with no road rash. I got lucky that I didn't slide or else my jeans would of gave way.

I know we all hop on with a tshirt sometimes due to the heat for short trips. But a new question I w
Ill always be asking myself is "how many tipsy/drunk people will I run into today? If the answer is 1 or more, gear up!

Congrats on the recovery. With a truck that new, the guy must have insurance. Its not really my area of practice, but if you run into questions, feel free to shoot me a PM and if I don't know the answer, I know folks that will.

Glad to hear you're making progress. And I think you've given me the extra push I needed to finish getting my gear (pants and boots). Hope your recovery continues going well. While you'll miss your old bike, just think - you get to get a new bike, and who doesn't like getting a new bike? Good luck and best wishes.
