total cost update for improvements -mpr

now that we are at a stopping point on the improvements i have a total for the updates to the track; when this started the go kart guy anthony and i decided to make the improvements; we had 6200 in the club account; we thought we could do the improvements for around 9000 ; i would put up the difference; the total came out to 13900; so i put up the 7700; what we are asking so i can recoup my money is for old members to put up next years membership 250 per year are if possible put up the next two years membership 500; i want to thank the go kart guys who together put up 2750 in memberships; we had two small trackdays that brought in 100; so that leaves me with 3900 out of pocket; so we are asking for the bike riders to help out and join the membership drive and the older members to put up their membership early ; new members that join now 250 will get the rest of this year and next year for 250; now we can go out and enjoy the new track; thanks to all

on the total cost and updates to moore park thread ; i apologize i should definitetly mention that no one should feel obligated in anyway to join the membership or anything else; im not in a bind ; and i was glad to do these improvements; the thread didnt come out exactly like what i meant to say; i apologize again ; just want everyone to come out ride and lets have a ball

Carl, With the new river property and 3 kids eating me out of house and home, we are a bit strapped for cash at the moment. You can count on Badger and I for a membership in 2010.
