chris burchfield ; kerry ; tiny; and i think chopt and i are riding sunday; just got back from the track a few minutes ago and was i fortunate ; the guy from the soccer field loaned me a 10ft long by 3ft around roller cast iron; filled it full of water took almost an hour; and about two coors lights; started dragging it over the dirt section about 3oclock and stopped when it started raining at 10oclock;' needless to say about a 12pack of coors light later; that roller really did a class A job on the dirt section of the track; it really did a beautifull job of packing down the dirt section of the track; think yall will really enjoy it; yall come out and join us sunday ill be there probably about 8 till we cant ride anymore; -----20dollars for the day

the sunday thread is a old thread; but it doesnt matter; i noticed they are talking about gulfoaks nigel and tharkum this sunday; yall decide what yall want to do and i am game to ride here or gulfoaks; not 100percent sure i can make gulfoaks but ill try; let me know what yall think

im leaving early in the morning; made a trade for my yamaha 450 for a hondacrf150r ; going to pensacola tommorrow make the trade; not going to ride gulfoaks sunday and will try to be back to ride sunday at mpr; wont be on the computer till sunday

Who wouldnt trade the 450 for a 150R. Especially if u like to ride MPR as much as carl. The 150R is a must have for the cart track. Puts the little 150F to shame. Not to mention it is a fun little wheelie machine. I think i would have made that trade too.

the 150 has 17 in rims and is completely set up for motard; i put the supermoto rims off my 450 on a wr 250yamaha i traded for my suzuki dr 650; so my 450 is back in stock trim; he is giving me 300 cash also plus the 150; so i have the 250 yamaha which i find easier to ride on the go kart track and the power is easier to control sliding around on the dirt section; i think the 150r may be the perfect bike for the smaller go kart style tracks as far as fun wise

and my grandkids started riding also hes 11; so he can ride the 150r too; i also bought them a honda 70 from eric for the grandkids to ride;

Did u say u have a WR250...Is it a 250X? I doubt it is an X since u put the sumo wheels on it. But IF urs is a 250X, DO U WANT TO SELL IT!!!.

its yamahas version of the 250x; its not for sale; im riding the 250 instead of the 450 ; its a little more manegable and not quite as much work as the 450 on the go kart tracks

Keep ur eye out for an 08+ WR250X. That is gonna be my next toy. I just have to find one around here first, LoL

well made it back from pensacola and got the new 150r at least new for me; stopped in covington and talked to chris burchfield on the way back and he wants to ride tommorrow; the rain stopped in laffayette about 4.30 so the asphalt should be dry tommorrow; unfortunately no dirt; checked the hour by hour and the sun should be out a 11oclock; and chris said he would probably be there about11; ill plan on being there about 10oclock tommorrow; if you guys want to join us come on out

i traded my dr 650 for a wr250yamaha; and i find it is more enjoyable to ride on the smaller tracks and especially on the dirt sections; i'll let you try them out next time we get a chance to ride together; ----ps --sometimes less is more
