chris called and said he wants to ride again this sunday; said he really enjoyed the dirt and wants to try it again; if it stops raining today the dirt should be dry by sunday; if not well ride the asphalt only; got some good news from the parks director and he gave us permission to put a one eighth mile oval flat track section at moore park; he wants me to stake it out and he'll come check it out and give us the okay; hope to get it done before the end of the year; ought to be great fun sliding around a flat track; yall try to make it out this weekend

tyler i was talking to a friend i used to ride the 500 in the woods with years ago; he asked me if i still had the beast i told him i sold it to a friend and he made it street legal; he got a kick out of that ; told him about the trip to the smokeys and all ; guess he didnt realize people put street tires and lights on those bikes and ride em on the street; hey if you are off during the week and feel like riding give me a call i need to run the dr650 and we could ride the go kart track also ;normally ride alone during the week;

just finished drawing up some diagrams of the oval dirt track ; im also hoping to add about a half mile or so of curves and straights that are connected to the oval dirt track that would bring it all to about 3quaters of a mile of dirt;; got my fingers crossed mr gautreaux the parks superintendent goes along with those plans; what will be nice is if we get the first dirt section paved it will get the go kart track to about a half mile ; but i didnt want to loose the dirt section and the go kart guys will definitely want to pave it; this way we'll have a half mile paved section ; a one eighth mile oval; and a three quater mile dirt section ; sorry he said no jumps; but we sure will have a good time slideing around the curves; hey drizzell ----IT JUST DONT GET NO BETTER THAN THAT---PS now im going back to my coors light
