I got through the intro and chapter one and half way through chapter 2 my blood pressure was so high, I couldn't take it any longer.

I sat it down after about 1/2 of the book. How can we be so stupid...not me...but we...

Are you offering up your copy...just start a thread...stick to the format of the title....and I will pick it up in the master list.
