First the stuff is junk from China; secondly these people are the most unprofessional sellers out there.

Here's my story; I ordered up some Wheel Bearings for my Dirt wheels off of eBay at the end of March, I purchased with the "Buy it Now" option and paid IMMEDIATELY.

So I wait 2 Weeks for them to arrive in the mail; finally I get a package from these Yahoos, open it up and they sent me some other Dudes order for some KAWASAKI Ninja ZX-6R wheel Bearings. The day before or day of recieving them in the mail; I also get an email from these sellers stating "leave us Positive feedback", so I replied telling them first off I was upset it took so long and they shouldn't request positive feedback when it wasn't deserved, secondly I informed them they sent me the wrong ITEM! I wait 2-3 days and didn't hear anything back, so I contacted them Via eBay, again another 2-3 days go by I don't hear anything. Now I'm pissed off and have to order up some more wheel bearings (this time I used ServiceHonda), In the meantime I left them a well deserved negative feedback and wrote them another email stating my reasons.

Immediately upon recieving negative feedback, they promptly give me Negative feedback stating "I got what I paid for, sent email etc". WTF? So I write them again; telling them how I never got any email and I got the wrong thing, and I told them how poor of an eBay seller they were and that I'd post on the internet telling other riders not to purchase bearings from them, and of their poor behavior.

So this evening; I get this in my email

Hello,
We have already found your postings. Please be advised that they have been recorded and sent to our lawyers for slander. We currently have your current address and will contact you that way when the cases are filed in court. Just because you may feel slighted does not give you the right to use unjust words that can cause serious damage. So please be ready for a greater loss than what we will suffer.

Thanks!

Thumbs Down

I didn't post any unjustified comments or any other than the truth about their behavior. eBay's powerseller system is completely fucked; these "powersellers" retalliate anytime they receive anything less than positive feedback; where's the customer service in that?? I've only left 2 negative feedbacks ever on eBay and both time it was a power seller and both times they didn't leave positive feedback even though I paid them immediately. I'll never buy from a "Powerseller" ever again!

Screw 'em!! They're full of it. Probably just trying to scare you from pursuing action w/ ebay.

slan·der - saying of something false and damaging

May be damaging(which is deserved when screwing somebody over), but if it's true, they got diddly crap!
