I went to their website to purchase a dulasport light kit for my wr400. It seemed like a good deal. Advertised to be delivered in 3-5 days. I payed with paypal and received an email confirming my payment and delivery within 3-5 days. After a week and no delivery I sent a very polite email to the company to notify them that I hadn't received the product. No answer. Another week went by and I sent another email and called and left a voicemail. After several further attempts to get in touch with the company and 22 days later I filed a dispute through paypal. I got my money back along with a very nasty email blaming me for the problem.
I'd advise not to shop with dualsportamerica.com. They don't provide the service advertised, and the customer service is non-exsistant bordering on just plain nasty.:fireangry:

Order your kit from Baja Designs. You'll pay a little more, but the customer service is great and the quality of the product is excellent. I got mine in less than a week and they talked me through a few problems over the phone. I'd definately use them again.

It's funny how they do that isn't it? They don't hold up their end of the deal, you complain and they blame your for their lack of effort. I've never ordered from these people but I've had to file a complaint against ebay vendors twice and both times got a nasty-gram from the seller because I complained. Both times I had communication with the seller afterward to explain my reasons for the complaint. One of them even threatened, via email, to contact my DA and report me for internet fraud and credit card fraud. I gave him that info (name, ph# and address of the Lafourche parish DA) and told him that I'd be contacting his DA with the same complaint. The next email I got from him was very nice and apologetic and I received my item 2 days later, shipped from San Diego.
